the beaches of Koh
Samui or Phuket and Krabi. Khao Sok National Park is another
best choice.
Day 01 Raja Praba Lake meals: LD
Arrive either by night train or by flight from Bangkok in
Surat Thani. Meet upon arrival and transfer to the Raja Praba
Lake. This beautiful lake surrounded by impressive limestone
cliffs, towering hundreds of meter straight from the water.
Visit a fishing village and enjoy bird watching. Check into
simple raft houses have the rest of the afternoon to relax
or cool off with a swim in the lake.

Day 02 Lake - Khao Sok Meals: BLD
Transfer by boat and truck to Khao Sok national park. Check
into your jungle lodge. Time to explore the lush direct vicinity
of the lodge, which includes a swimming hole. Afternoon take
a hike into the dense rainforest of this National Park. Khao
Sok shelters a great variation of wildlife, including wild
elephant, leopard, bear and over 150 species of birds. It's
unlikely you will spot any wildlife, due to the denseness
of the forest, however in the right season this is the only
place in Thailand where you can see the largest flower on
earth: the Rafflesia kerii Meyer. Dinner and overnight at
Art's River View Lodge
Day 03 Khao Sok - Phuket Meals: BL
Wake up to the whooping of the Gibbons. After a leisurely
breakfast transfer to another beautiful spot on the edge of
the forest. Here you will ride an elephant for an hour over
a particular beautiful paths, which ends at a sparkling waterfall.
Then it's time for your three hours transfer to Phuket Board
an afternoon flight onwards or check in your preferred accommodations
on the resort island.

Transfer to Maprao pier, in the north of Phuket. Here the
comfortable cruiser of Sea Kayak awaits its guests with coffee,
tea and cookies. Travel in one hour to the first point of
interest, Phang Nga's tidal lagoons of Panak island. Discover
a whole new world which you never expected. Enjoy the safe
ride by robust inflatable canoe paddled by an experienced
guide explaining you all the hidden secrets of the Bay. Take
camera and VDO out on the boat or buy a professional VDO tape
from the company. Lunch is served on board while several stops
and inspections are made into the magnificent limestone sea-rocks
scattered around the Bay.

Discover hidden Phuket by four wheel drive and learn about
such diverse interests as tropical life styles, rubber tapping
and -processing, pineapple plantations, mushroom- and shrimp
farming. See monkeys picking coconuts in shady gardens and
discover herbs and spices which are used in the Thai kitchen.
A coffee stop at a local "cafe" gives you the opportunity
to try local coffee (kopi) and delicatessen. Enjoy some bumpy
tracks through the wilderness and discover remote beaches
without a single tourist ! On the way a sumptuous full lunch
is served with coffee/tea and fruits. The highlight of the
afternoon is a hike through Phuket's last rain forest offering
insight in nature's hidden wonders such a giant palms, majestic
trees between waterfalls and little streams....... a true
adventure ! We recommend walking shoes and light clothes !
