For many who travel to a foreign country there is always a concern, "how do I know if this company will do what they say they'll do?".  Well there is nothing better then hearing it from the people who have traveled with us.  We have also included their email so that you can ask them in person.

"I am sure there are a lot of highly reputable travel services in Vietnam; but, I have only met one so far - Anntours. Everything they committed to was delivered in the manner they committed. Their advice was also right on target about how to successfully communicate and deal in Vietnam. For example, we Americans tend to seek instant gratification on a lot of things. Tony gave me two bits of advice - one, be patient in your dealings with Vietnamese people (they have to get to know you and have confidence in you); and secondly, keep your sense of humor throughout the trip and you will have a good time. I trust Tony and his guides. Having honest advisors such as Truc will keep you from feeling foolish later on. When it come to hotels, I'm amazed the deals that Tony can get. I have stayed at the Continental, the Norfolk, the New World, and the Caravelle. I am staying on my next trip at the Grand. I'm an auditor/accountant in my day job and therefore, have a bias that I can always unearth a better deal. I couldn't get close to the deals Tony can. There are no hidden charges. By getting an all-inclusive rate which includes breakfast, and they all have wonderful breakfast, it makes the math easy. You simply pay Anntours (cash or credit card) the daily rate, and they do all the arrangements with the hotel. We also had an ABC TV Crew with us. Great respect and customer focus, and they made the two birthday kids (both 52 that day) feel special. Try to get that kind of same day on the spot service here in the States at that price or any price."
